I am an expert in helping people relax, quiet the mind, and finally sleep well. For more than four years, I’ve been a meditation teacher on the Insight Timer app, guiding over 80,000 people toward peace and deep rest.

But sleep hasn’t always come easily to me. For half of my life, I struggled with insomnia and restless nights. My search for answers led me to study psychology in several countries: I was awarded the prestigious Russia–Oxford scholarship for three years, began PhD research but chose to leave midway, and later earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in the USA.

Along the way, I realized my true calling wasn’t to follow the traditional path of a therapist, but to create my own unique way of helping others. That vision gave birth to The Mystic Method for Deep Sleep — a transformative blend of psychology, meditation, and spirituality designed for people struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and chronic sleep challenges.

I’ve spoken both in-person and virtually on spirituality, sleep, and anxiety relief, sharing my approach with audiences ranging from intimate wellness groups to large online communities. My meditations and teachings have now reached listeners in over 100 countries, and my work has been featured on Insight Timer, one of the largest meditation platforms in the world.
